"Now here's a band already creating quite a buzz with their very early embryonic moves, so far there's been a handful of fractured bedroom demos that have caused quite a healthy stir  - already the song writing quality of this young band is shining through - the first release was a track on the Organ Radio 5 CD, that was when Som was still pulling his ideas and his band together - My Vitriol are a full band now, and they some tasty recordings that back all the buzz up at last. The debut double a-side single is out on ORG on November 29th '99, it's already all over the national radio - My Vitriol are coming in on same trainline as bands like Cay, Muy Feo - they're another band who picked put their guitars when they first saw Kirk and caught that Teen Spirit on Top Of The Pops"

And off it went, a couple of weeks after that single came out it was being picked up by everyone, Radio One, the music press - venues packed out, major labels made offers, the single sold out and started changing hands for silly prices, people like Tool and The Deftones started calling...... and another fine band was launched via ORG....
