STOOPI have been tipped to be the next big thing in the UK metal scene for more than a couple of years now. We brought you an early taste with tracks on Organ Radio compilation CDs and the split album A GAME OF TWO HALVES with Latch - despite the raw punk rock production the album has gained the boys a lot of airplay. Stoopi have taken their time to eally get things together though, far too many line up changes (actually when we first encountered them thet were called Fugdifino) and aborted recording sessions have held them back - things are finally coming together for the Southend bruisers now though. They've now signed to Loudspeaker Records (so it's time for another label to tear their hair out in frustration) and have an album called "Unspoken Word". Stoopi could be one of the very best crossover metal bands out there in the UK , they could really be the ones to take on the Korntones - if they wanted to, frustraiting, it's difficult enough to even find out where they're playing... Good luck tracking them down
